ERA Delivery

Med USA is pleased to inform you that we have received the majority of Medicare Part B Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) that were delayed between November 23rd and December 1st, with the exception of Alaska, Oregon and Washington. We will continue to monitor throughout the week and keep you informed of any developments

Medicare Part B ERA Delivery Delay Update

For All Medicare Part B Trading Partners

EDI Support Services (EDISS) delivered all Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) impacted by CMS datacenter delivery delay between the dates of 11/23/09-12/1/2009 with the exception of a small number of ERA’s for the NW Region ( AK, OR, WA). ERA’s for the NW Region will finish delivering today, 12/9/2009.

The following states are still impacted by the delivery delay.

• 11/23/2009 remits: AK, OR, and WA still processing.
• 11/25/2009 remits: AK, OR, and WA still processing.
• 11/26/2009 remits: Delivered.
• 11/30/2009 remits: AK, OR, and WA still processing.
• 12/01/2009 remits: Delivered.
