Medicare Part B ERA Delivery Delay Update

For All Medicare Part B Trading Partners

The CMS datacenter has finalized a recovery plan for the delivery of remits affected during 11/24-12/1/09. EDI Support Services (EDISS) will begin delivery of Electronic Remittance Advice later today (approximately 4:00 p.m., CT.). The delivery process will be completed by end of business on 12/08/09.

The following states have been impacted from this recent delivery delay.

• 11/24/2009 remits: AK, AZ, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.
• 11/25/2009 remits: AZ, MT, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.
• 11/26/2009 remits: AK, AZ, MT, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.
• 11/30/2009 remits: AK, AZ, MT, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.
• 12/01/2009 remits: AZ, MT, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA, and WY.
